Mentoring with Meaning – How Working in a Mentoring Program Helps All Parties Learn. We invite you to join our CAGP community and hear from industry leaders, Ann Rosenfield and Tony Lee, on the importance of mentorship for career development.

Ann is the Chief Development Officer for Congregation Temple Sinai in Toronto. Ann serves on the Interim Board for the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Toronto Chapter and is a past CAGP Toronto Board member. She is humbled and proud to share that to date she’s had the privilege of winning awards in 5 domains of fundraising from 5 different associations. Tony is the Strategic Philanthropy Lead at Perimeter Institute. Tony began his working career as an engineer and followed a circuitous path that included journalism, motorcycle racing and working with at-risk youth. Seeking to have greater social impact, Tony entered the non-profit sector. He has worked in progressively senior  level positions at charities such as World Vision, Habitat for Humanity and the Canadian Cancer Society in his 15+ years as a fundraiser.
