Mentorship
The GTA Chapter Mentoring Program matches those new to charitable gift and legacy planning with experienced gift planners and donor advisors to share knowledge and expertise. These partnerships last ten months, and provide both our Learning Partners and Mentors the opportunity to connect, network and receive career guidance.

I really feel like both the Mentor and Learning Partner get a lot out of the partnership. I strongly feel like I got just as much out of the Mentoring Program, as I hope I was able to give.
Without the Mentoring Program, it would have been challenging to meet a senior leader in the fundraising community and establish a formal mentorship relationship. It is so helpful and inspiring to have the opportunity early in my career to spend time with someone like Denise.
